Mar Powathil Liturgical Research Centre (APLRC)

Established in honour of Mar Joseph Powathil on the occasion of his Silver Jubilee, the APLRC promotes research, seminars, and symposia in liturgical studies. Director: Rev. Dr Dominic Muriankavungal.

Liturgical Apostolate

The Archdiocesan Liturgical Apostolate collaborates closely with Vidyaniketan in the publication of the annual liturgical calendar. Director: Rev. Fr. George Vallayil.

Placid Memorial Library & Reading Room

The institute houses an advanced computerised reference library with 23,500 books, including 200 rare works on Syriac theology and Church history.

Eastern Catholic Association (ECA)

Established in 1995, the ECA is a lay and academic movement committed to safeguarding the traditions of the Eastern Churches. Its members engage in cultural activities, seminars, theological discussions, and constructive intervention in public issues.

Vidyaniketan Cultural Forum- Samskarikavedi

The Cultural Forum-formed in line with Vatican directives, promotes deeper engagement with India’s religious, cultural, and ethical traditions, while remaining rooted in Christian values. The inaugural meeting was held on 15 March 2013 at Mar Padiyara Hall, SB College, inaugurated by Shri K. C. Joseph, then Minister for Cultural Affairs, Kerala.
